Frances McGowin is a prolific artist, always experimenting with various techniques, styles, and media. She is driven by the need to create.
Her Fairhope studio is filled with finished works waiting to travel to a gallery or its new home as well as a dozen paintings in progress. Her 450 square foot studio is lined with canvases ranging from 8 x 10” framed mixed media pieces to 4’ x 5’ paintings.
Frances’ work has appeared in Sophiella Gallery (Mobile), Stonehenge Gallery (Montgomery), Hello Gallery (Fairhope), and is also showing in Easternshore Arts Center (Fairhope).
